The New 48.770 Digital Array for:

  • Copy Number Variation (CNV)
—Superior resolution, high throughput, and experiment flexibility.
  • DNA Library Quantitation
—The ultimate in next-gen sequencing sample prep.
  • Absolute Quantitation
—The ability to count individual molecules.

The highest density integrated fluidic circuit (IFC) ever, the new 48.770 Digital Array generates almost 37,000 individual qPCR reactions and provides 48 individual sample inlets. With the 48.770 Digital Array, today's high-throughput labs have access to the powerful benefits of digital PCR.

Key Benefits:

  • Throughput – Run up to 48 samples simutaneously.
  • Accuracy – Detect and quantify individual molecules.
  • Flexibility – Use existing PCR assays and reagents.

The 48.770 Digital Array Explained

The 48.770 Digital Array consists of integrated channels, chambers, and valves that work by partitioning each sample into hundreds of individual PCR reactions. After the sample and reagent mixtures are transferred to wells on the input frame, the mixtures are automatically pressurized into their respective partitioning domains. Up to forty-eight samples can be tested at a time, with each sample being partitioned into 770 individual reactions.
