From May 1994 to April 1999, Mr. Worthington held various staff and management positions at Actel Corporation, a public semiconductor corporation. Vikram Jog, Chief Financial Officer
Vikram Jog has served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 2008. From April 2005 to February 2008, Mr. Jog served as Chief Financial Officer for XDx, Inc., a molecular diagnostics company. From March 2003 to April 2005, Mr. Jog was a Vice President of Applera Corporation and Vice President of Finance for its related businesses, Celera Genomics and Celera Diagnostics. From April 2001 to March 2003, Mr. Jog was Vice President of Finance for Celera Diagnostics and Corporate Controller of Applera Corporation. Mr. Jog holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and an M.B.A. from Temple University. Mr. Jog is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
Robert C. Jones has served as our Executive Vice President, Research and Development since August 2005. From August 1984 to July 2005, Mr. Jones held various managerial and research and development positions at Applied Biosystems, a laboratory equipment and supplies manufacturer that is a division of Applera Corporation, including: Senior Vice President Research and Development from April 2001 to August 2005, Vice President and General Manager Informatics Division from 1998 to 2001 and Vice President PCR Business Unit from 1994 to 1998. Mr. Jones received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Washington. |
Fred Walder has served as our Chief Business Officer since May 2010. From 1992 to 2010, Mr. Walder served an extensive tenure at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including roles as Division President of the life science instrumentation business and most recently Senior Vice President, Customer and Commercial Excellence for all Thermo Fisher Scientific. From 1982 to 1992, Mr. Walder held various technical and commercial roles at Nicolet Instrument Corporation. From 1979 to 1982, Mr. Walder served as an Engineering and Scientific Associate. Mr. Walder received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts. The University awarded Walder with their Career Achievement Award in 2008. He also completed the Technology Leadership Program at Stanford University's Executive Institute, Graduate School of Business. |
Ms. Remy-Renou has 20 years of experience in the life-science tools business. From 1997-2005, she was Country Manager for Applied Biosystems (ABI), France, while concurrently holding pan-European titles for ABI, including Manager of the Molecular Biology Business Unit and Senior Director of Marketing. In these combined roles, she was responsible for sales, support, marketing, finance, and administration. In 1987, she joined ABI as a sales engineer and over the next decade and a half was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility. Early in her career, Ms. Remy-Renou worked at Spectra Physics, France, and, subsequently, at Kratos, France. |

Grace Yow, Vice President, Worldwide Manufacturing and Managing Director of Fluidigm Singapore Mai Chan (Grace) Yow has served as our Vice President, Worldwide Manufacturing, and Managing Director, Fluidigm Singapore Pte. Ltd., our Singapore subsidiary, since March 2006. From June 2005 to March 2006, Ms. Yow served as General Manager of Fluidigm Singapore Pte. Ltd. From August 2004 to May 2005, Ms. Yow served as Vice President Engineering (Asia) for Kulicke and Soffa, a public semiconductor equipment manufacturer. From March 1991 to July 2004, Ms. Yow served as Director, Assembly Operations, Plant Facilities and EHS, for National Semiconductor Singapore, a semiconductor fabrication subsidiary of National Semiconductor Corporation. Ms. Yow received a BE in Electronic Engineering from Curtin University, a Certificate in Management Studies from the Singapore Institute of Management, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. |
