Installation

An applications specialist works with you to prepare your site, subsequently, installs your instrumentation, and conducts on-site training.

Service

Your purchase of Fluidigm instrumentation comes with a one-year warranty on replacement parts, labor, and travel.

User Documentation

Your purchase includes on-going access to information such as user guides, quick reference guides, and technical notes. These materials may be downloaded from our website.

Applications Support

Your purchase includes a year of support. Our applications specialists are qualified to answer questions both on system operation and scientific applications. Although phone or email contact resolves most issues, on-site visits may be scheduled.

Service Agreements/Support Plans

After expiration of the first-year service and support included with your instrument purchase, you may protect your investment in a Fluidigm system through purchase of an annual service and support plan. These flexible packages ensure that you receive priority in response to service requests, have full expense control, and have on-going access to our knowledgeable application specialists.
