CYTO 2022 | Pennsylvania Convention Center | Philadelphia, PA

Discover how easy high-parameter cytometry can be.

Standard BioTools™ was proud to be a Platinum Sponsor at CYTO® 2022, the premiere congress for cytometry, which focused on cell therapy and immunotherapy this year. Based on the excellent presentations by leaders in that field, flow cytometry will continue to grow in importance for clinical and translational researchers, as will the need for more parameters.

This year’s conference featured multiple sessions focused on high-parameter fluorescence-based panels and all the complexities of building and validating them, not to mention the challenges of performing post-collection signal deconvolution properly.

The launch of three new panels to expand the Maxpar® Direct™ Immune Profiling Assay™ capability for intracellular marker detection brings the total number to 9. Learn about all 9 panels by downloading the flyer.

Download the Standard BioTools CYTO 2022 posters to learn more about the ease of use and advantages of CyTOF® technology for high-parameter flow cytometry.

Expanding the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling Assay to Enable Comprehensive Antigen-Specific Immune Analysis

This study highlights how easily a 47-marker panel can be created from the 30 backbone markers of the Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling Assay, the 11 markers of the Maxpar Direct T Cell Activation Expansion Panel and live-cell barcoding with four CD45 conjugates. The array of key surface and intracellular functional parameters in this expanded panel enables comprehensive analysis of immune cell activation and antigen-specific recall responses.

Imaging Mass Cytometry Identifies Structural and Cellular Composition of the Mouse Tissue Microenvironment

Here we showcase the recently released Maxpar OnDemand Antibodies for IMC application on mouse tissue. We introduced 11 additional methodically curated biomarkers to our existing mouse antibody catalog, providing the basis for the use of high-multiplex imaging in preclinical investigations.

Extending the Capabilities of a High-Parameter Immunophenotyping Assay With Cytoplasmic Staining Applications for Mass Cytometry

Among the potential applications with the Maxpar Direct Assay, intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) is of particular interest as it may be used to assess antigen-specific immune responses. However, assessing cell viability in ICS requires use of the Cell-ID™ Intercalator-Rh (103Rh, Cat. No. 201103) since cell permeabilization during ICS can potentially damage the DNA-intercalator bond.

An Automated Approach to High-Plex Cytometric Immunophenotyping With CyTOF XT

The Maxpar Direct Immune Profiling Assay and Maxpar Pathsetter™ software were developed as a sample-to-answer solution for deep human immune profiling of 37 populations using cytometry by time-of-flight. This study confirms equivalent and reproducible performance of Helios™ and CyTOF XT using various staining and analysis workflows.

CyTOF XT

Let us show you how to standardize and simplify the high-plex flow cytometry services at your institution with CyTOF XT™. The system’s automation provides hands-free instrument calibration, sample resuspension and acquisition. As the easiest-to-use CyTOF system, CyTOF XT combines the power of high-plex cytometry and simplified workflows.

Hyperion+ Imaging System

Discover the Hyperion+™ Imaging System, a powerful new approach to explore the complex spatial biology of the tumor microenvironment and assess cell phenotypes and immune infiltration using 40-plus markers simultaneously at subcellular resolution. With twice the speed and improved detection limit to better see dim markers compared with the Hyperion™ Imaging System, there are now two excellent options for high-multiplex imaging. Learn how Imaging Mass Cytometry™ (IMC™) has helped hundreds of researchers gain insights in immuno-oncology and cancer research.

Maxpar reagents

Maxpar® antibodies and cell labeling reagents are the most stable and robust available for use in flow cytometry, with capabilities that far outperform fluorescent-labeled antibodies. Made especially for use in cytometry by time-of-flight, the combination of these robust reagents and the precision of signal measurement provided by CyTOF is changing the game for clinical and translational researchers.

Learn about the recent addition of Maxpar OnDemand™ Antibodies to our catalog, paving the way for fast, continued expansion for a wide range of IMC antibodies and mouse mass cytometry antibodies.

Hear how the Maxpar® Direct™ Immune Profiling Assay™ and new Expansion Panels provide a best-in-class sample-to-answer solution for high-dimensional immune profiling of PBMC and whole blood samples.
