Together with the C1 Single-Cell mRNA Seq HT Reagent Kit v2, the medium HT IFC (high throughput integrated fluidic circuit) detects thousands of genes per cell using 3′ end counting and delivers excellent sensitivity, with design elements that provide powerful control over experimental costs and data quality. New HT product pricing makes this advanced technology more accessible while enabling larger single-cell studies.
