Immune profiling of PBMC and peripheral whole blood is an essential method for quantifying changes in immune cell populations in autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation, infectious disease and cancer.
In this webinar, Michelle Poulin, Manager, Field Applications, introduces an innovative mass cytometry application, the Maxpar® Direct™ Immune Profiling System, which provides a complete sample-to-answer solution for high-parameter immune monitoring.
The system combines
- CyTOF® technology on the Helios™ system
- A dry, single-tube 30-marker antibody panel
- Automated Maxpar Pathsetter™ software.
It enables enumeration of 37 immune cell populations from PBMC and whole blood in as little as 5 minutes. The system is also flexible, allowing for addition of antibodies and development of new analysis models.
Thiru Selvanantham, Senior Product Applications Scientist, presents data on repeatability, precision and accuracy, as well as site-to-site reproducibility from external multisite testing of the system.
