What types of cells have been successfully analyzed using mass cytometry?

Mass cytometry can be used to study any cell type that can be adapted to single-cell suspension-based staining protocols, including cell lines, and human and mouse primary cells such as PBMCs, RBC-lysed whole blood, bone marrow cells, splenocytes, lymph node cells and solid tissue cancer cells.
