Anti-Human CD140b/PDGFRb (18A2)-156Gd—50 Tests

CD140b, also known as platelet-derived growth factor receptor β (PDGFR-β), is a cell surface tyrosine kinase receptor for members of the platelet-derived growth factor family. CD140b forms homodimers or heterodimers on the surface upon ligand binding and phosphorylates substrates. CD140b is broadly expressed on embryonic tissue and in cells of mesodermal origin in adult tissue such as fibroblasts, smooth muscle cells, glial cells and chondrocytes. CD140b plays an essential role in the regulation of embryonic development, cell proliferation, survival, differentiation, chemotaxis, and migration.
