Anti-Mouse CD229 (Ly9ab3)-174Yb—100 Tests

CD229, also known as Ly9, is a 100–120 kDa member of the SLAM family. CD229 is reported to be a homophilic receptor with broad expression throughout the hemopoietic system. CD229 expression has been confirmed in T cells, B cells, macrophages, dendritic cells, and granulocytes (our unpublished observations). All of the SLAM family receptors contain tandem IgV and IgC2 sets in their extracellular domains and several contain immune receptor tyrosine-based switch motifs (ITSMs) in their cytoplasmic tails. SLAM family markers including CD150, CD48, CD244, and CD229 can be used to resolve functionally distinct populations of hematopoietic stem cells and multipotent progenitors.
