Anti-Human CD207 (4C7)-175Lu—100 Tests

CD207, also known as Langerin, is a C-type lectin expressed on specialized dendritic cells known as Langerhans cells. CD207 mediates carbohydrate-dependent uptake of pathogens in the first step of antigen presentation to the adaptive immune system and binds a diverse range of carbohydrates. Pathogens bound by CD207 include Mycobacterium leprae, viruses such as HIV, herpes simplex virus 2, and measles, and fungi including Candida species. CD207 mediates internalization of glycoconjugates into Birbeck granules, which are subdomains of the endosomal compartment unique to Langerhans cells, as the first step in antigen presentation.
