How barcoding works


How barcoding works
  1. Individual samples are barcoded with a unique metal isotope code.
  2. Barcoded samples are combined into a single, multiplexed sample.
  3. The multiplexed sample is stained in a single tube.
  4. The multiplexed sample is acquired on a Helios™ instrument
  5. Data are debarcoded for individual sample analysis.
