CyTOF® Software Activation Key

Please complete the Activation Key Request Form and an email will be sent to you containing the Activation Key for the software you have requested.

NOTE: If you are installing the requested software on a computer that is not connected to the internet, follow the instructions for Offline License Activation.

Only CyTOF Software v8.0.0 and v8.1.0 require an Activation Key.

Offline License Activation

Instructions for Offline License Activation:

Step 1: Ensure that you have already received your Activation Key. If you have not, fill out the Software Activation Request Form above to request an Activation Key.

Step 2: Enter your Activation Key and Computer ID, then choose the software product you are activating. Click Activate to populate the Computer Key.

NOTE: Computer ID can be found by going into your computer’s settings. In the About section, look under device name.

Step 3: Once you have the Activation Key, Computer ID and Computer Key, enter the information in the offline activation option within the software to activate the license.
