Get Started with Script Hub

Script Hub™ gives every lab access to the latest single-cell applications. Scripts available on Script Hub are developed by the C1™ user community to help you advance your research. Now you have a central hub to provide the resources and tools you need to readily implement new methods on your C1 system.

With Script Hub, you can easily adjust and implement new experimental methods as your research strategy evolves on your existing Standard BioTools technology.

Cell Biology (2 scripts)

Delve into the functional implications of cell signaling and stimulation.

• Cell Staining (1)   • Cell dosing (1)

Single-Cell Genomics (14 scripts)

Unravel cellular heterogeneity with genetic and transcriptome analysis.

• Gene expression (8)   • Genetic analysis (1)

• Epigenetics (2)   • Immune profiling (1)

Standard BioTools rates submitted scripts based on the level of scientific validation. These ratings help users evaluate methods before implementing them.

Fully wet-lab validated to confirm performance to published specifications. Tested on at least 5 distinct sample types with 3 biological replicates per sample. The data is publicly available and/or published in a peer-reviewed journal.

Published in a peer-reviewed publication and

utilized by 3 independent users with satisfactory results

OR

utilized 3 or more sample types with satisfactory results.

Protocols that have been published in a peer-reviewed journal without replication or verification by an independent user or laboratory.

OR

Unpublished protocols that have been run by at least 3 independent users.

OR

Unpublished protocols that have been run with at least 3 sample types with satisfactory results.

Unpublished protocols that have been uploaded but not yet independently confirmed by other users.

If you need help using Script Hub, contact scripthub@fluidigm.com or Standard BioTools Technical Support.

After you modify or develop new scripts for your C1 system using C1 Script Builder, you can share your new application with the single-cell community using Script Hub. Submit new scripts to scripthub@fluidigm.com.

Standard BioTools evaluates every script submitted to Script Hub in an effort to provide users with a successful experience.

A successful script submission will contain (required):

  • Method overview
  • Authors, institution and lab
  • The cell types researched
  • Performance description (for example, mapped reads, standard deviations and so forth)
  • Estimated preparation time (in hours)
  • Number of integrated fluidic circuit runs
  • All associated reagents, primer sequences and concentrations

  • Enables a new application or method
Consider what will help the research community. New chemistries or biological applications are more likely to propel the single-cell community.

  • Completeness
To ensure that all single-cell users can implement your methods, be certain to include all reagents used, primer sequences and sample preparation steps.

  • Validation
Provide validation or performance data to help other researchers adopt your method faster.

  • Tags
Tag your script with all the relevant terms for easy access by other researchers.
