A 40-marker panel for ultrahigh-dimensional characterization of the cancer immune microenvironment by Imaging Mass Cytometry
Imaging Mass Cytometry™ (IMC™) has enabled highly multiplexed immunohistochemistry of frozen and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues using proven CyTOF® technology. Following a short introduction by Andrew Quong, Fluidigm CSO, Noel de Miranda will report on the development and simultaneous imaging of a 40-marker panel using IMC for the study of cancer microenvironments. Noel will show that this 40-marker panel is an excellent immune monitoring tool that can be readily applied in the context of research and clinical trials.
