Visualize pathology with Imaging Mass Cytometry
Take your imaging to the next level
- No autofluorescence in FFPE tissues.
- Get all the information at once with 135 channels and 37 metal tags.
- Quantify subcellular localization, tissue heterogeneity, cell relationships and phenotypes.
Come to the workshop
Hear how researchers are pushing the boundaries of tissue imaging using Imaging Mass Cytometry™ (IMC™).
Join us on Friday, September 6, from 7:00 to 8:00 am. The room and details about the workshop will be available soon.
Don’t miss this exciting and informative session on IMC technology.
Stop by our booth
Come see how the Hyperion™ Imaging System is powering the future of digital pathology.
The Fluidigm booth number will be announced soon.
Exhibit Dates and Hours
Thursday, September 5 through Saturday, September 7
9:00 am–5:00 pm
Come visit our booth and learn how you can deeply profile tumors and the tumor immune response from every angle.
Hyperion™ Imaging System
Image up to 37 protein markers in spatial context using Imaging Mass Cytometry.
Take an interactive tour
In this interactive demo you can see how the Hyperion Imaging System can be used to generate and view data from a highly multiplexed experiment. This tour is a web-based tool that uses 12 markers from an experimental lung cancer dataset of 20 markers to help show the basic data visualization concepts enabled with MCD™ Viewer software. Check it out for yourself or stop by the booth to take a tour.
Learn before the meeting
Three things you can do to help you prepare your questions and learn more about Imaging Mass Cytometry in advance of WMIC:
- In 1 minute: Download the brochure.
- In 5 minutes: Read an article that discusses the use of IMC in immuno-oncology.
- In 30 minutes: Watch the webinar.
